Being the right fit isn’t about having multiple degrees or decades worth of experience. Rather, it’s about finding the perfect blend between cultural alignment and technical competency. But attracting A-players is no easy feat. That’s why we pay close attention to our recruitment process finding the ideal candidates for our mission.
